These sentences describe how AIBISORA operates today. They are not a lawyer's opinion and should be reviewed by counsel before anyone treats them as a binding commercial agreement.

The public offer is Free Beta with your own Gemini or Groq key. Paid checkout is disabled. There is no online purchase, and a catalog price is not an active subscription.

You are responsible for the content you generate, approve, and send to YouTube. YouTube changes are not applied by default. They go through the product's approval path unless you explicitly enable auto-apply for a channel. Auto-apply, when enabled, is limited to the metadata fields that mode allows.

YouTube is the public module. Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Websites, and Website Builder are not part of this launch. Do not use the service to break YouTube or Google rules.

A signed commercial agreement would be a separate document if paid billing is turned on later.
